Leading Title Agency is seeking an experienced a National Commercial Escrow Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 5-10 years of experience in a similar role. Attention to detail, great communication skills (verbal & written) great organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.


• Preparing settlements statements for both local and national commercial transactions.

• Collecting and distributing closing documents pursuant to written instructions from the parties to the transaction.

• Managing and facilitating all aspects of the commercial closing including receipts, wires, funding, recording and processing closing packages.

• Working closely with internal and external clients and communicate with all parties to the transaction either by phone or in writing.

• Assisting other departments as needed.


• Detail-oriented and professional

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Outlook, Teams, and Excel.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.

• Customer service oriented

• Communication skills - written, verbal and presentation

• Information gathering and monitoring

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Flexibility and adaptability

• Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software

• High energy, a positive attitude a must


• 5-10 years of equivalent experience.
