What you will be doing:

In this role you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our Financial Institution customers while addressing any questions they may have regarding our SecurLOCK Processes, our SecurLOCK suite of fraud products and services, trends, fraud mitigation best practices and any questions related to fraud on prepaid, debit, or credit card products.
  • You will use relative business systems and knowledge to provide quality support to our financial institution customers in an expeditious manner handling high impact inquiries with urgency and care.
  • You will use your excellent verbal and written communication skills in communication with all levels of management within FIS and the Financial Institution customers that we serve.
  • You will be able to communication complex fraud concepts in easy to understand language without using industry jargon.
  • Using your knowledge and understanding of card transaction processing you will partner with our financial institution customers to quickly identify effective approaches to fraud mitigation addressing any emerging trends they may experience.
  • Use your SQL skills to write rules to alert and/or decline potentially fraud activity in real time.
  • You will be a self-started and a driven team player willingly accepting and managing other tasks as needed while consistently putting our customer's needs and satisfaction in the forefront of all that you do.

Shift is Monday to Friday 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM

What you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, criminal justice or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • Advanced working with large-scale business data sets, fluent in scripting and rapid prototyping skills including expertise in SQL and Excel (2+ years of experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of internal business segment (stakeholders) and may require presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office software, such as Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Experience in relational database structures, research methods, sampling techniques and system testing
  • Multi-tasking; maintaining confidentiality; and understanding information presented verbally or in writing
  • Go-getter, are self-directed and able to work independently
  • Data mining experience, and experience in management reporting and trend analysis
  • Analytical mindset and love to crunch data
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Added bonus if you have:
  • Fraud background preferred (data driven/data analytics/statistical information)
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Hyperion, SAS, Python, Tableau, etc)
  • Knowledge of OFAC, ID Verification, and Prepaid services/products helpful.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
