Director of Quality


I. Establish and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for Christine Valmy Inc.

o Formalize our Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.

o Manage and maintain all required product and material specifications

o Lead the creation of a Continuous Improvement culture.

o Assure the availability and calibration of all quality instruments.

o Proactively communicate and collaborate with all departments to assure alignment and coordination of all Quality requirement and initiatives.

o Collect, track and analyze Quality performance data and develop and lead execution of action plans to continuously improve


II. Quality Training and Documentation

o Create, maintain and update necessary procedures, forms and aids to execute and record all required actions to assure products and materials confirm to specifications.

o Establish training requirements and frequency for personnel.

o Ensure training is completed as required

o Maintain necessary records


III. Quality Assurance

o Implement formal systems for verification of conformance for materials and product.

o Implement necessary controls, labeling, etc. to assure only properly inspected and released materials are transacted.


IV. Quality Process Control

o Work with Production Team to implement necessary in-process controls, testing, inspections to reduce variability and detect nonconformance as early in the process as possible.

V. Customer Complaints and Nonconformance

o Create and administer the system for documenting, investigating and resolving product and packaging related customer complaints.

o Document, investigate and resolve internally identified nonconformance s.

o Establish root cause of issues and required corrective and preventive actions to eliminate.

o Establish monitoring and review systems to monitor progress and identified unresolved issues.

o Establish a product recall procedure


VI. Audits

o Establish an internal audit program and schedule to confirm compliance with procedures and policies.

o Coordinate and lead 2nd and 3rd party audits and manage all findings to assure satisfactory resolution.


VII. Product Development

o Work with Development team to develop and maintain standards for product/package evaluation and creation of standards and specification.

o Support the scale up and commercialization of formulas
